Having previously worked full time in a stressful compliance job, spending every day filled with anxiety and suffering with depression for over 5 years, I found the very practices that I teach today to be the most instrumental in improving my mental wellbeing.

Letโ€™s Be Wildflowers was born from a desire to support others on their journey to prioritising their health and wellbeing. I strongly believe it is essential, now more than ever, to reconnect to our authentic self, whether that be through self care activities, healthy habits, intentional living or even conscious connection to self and others.

The best way to work with me is at my home studio in Redcar, where I hold yoga, meditation and breath-work classes, day spa retreats, Ayurvedic massage therapy and educational workshops. Iโ€™m super grateful to be able to practice and teach in the special place I call home.

I also offer 1:1 mentoring for people looking to find their purpose, live with intention and lead a conscious life. Together weโ€™ll identify any blocks you have from a mind, body and spirit perspective in order to create a tailored plan that helps you feel fulfilled. With a focus on self-compassionate self-development, our sessions will give you the tools you need to unlock your full potential and live a healthy and balanced life.

I often refer to myself as forever a student, that I am here both to learn and to serve. If astrology is your thing Iโ€™m a Virgo Sun, a Capricorn Rising and Aquarius Moon. My Enneagram is a Type 1 Wing 2 aka โ€˜The Advocateโ€™ . I love the art of processes whether that be planning my day as part of my morning routine or the ritual of making a matcha tea. I also enjoy listening to music, intuitively moving my body, cooking new recipes (following the instructions to a T) and exploring new places!
